Why? Losing people, especially our own kids to suicide is absolutely gut wrenching. Losing 22 Veterans a day is bullshit and I was almost one of them! I will continue to stop at nothing until we get that number down to ZERO!

Join us as we sit down with our dear friend Kate who is a Retired Kansas City Police Officer. She definitely took us down a rabbit hole before we could even get to her story, and we are here for it! Lol.
On a serious note, Kate shares her story with us about how her and her then partner got ambushed while on patrol, leaving her with a TBI and more. Thankfully, Kate is still with us here today leaving her free-spirited footprint in the wake of all of us who are blessed to know her.
